Keypoints
It is important for patients and their carers to remember that, however difficult their experience of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, they are not alone. Many other patients have gone through similar experiences. It can therefore be very helpful for patients to share their experiences of the disease, not only to benefit others and help them realise that they are not alone but also to allow patients to express their own feelings about their condition, its treatment and the way it has affected their lives. Local support groups may organise meetings between patients, helping them to come to terms with what they have gone through. This section has been set up to publish stories from people with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The stories describe how people first found out they had got the disease, how it was diagnosed, the treatments they were given and their side effects, and how they are feeling now. If you would like to send us your story, please use our submission form at the end of this section.
